This series of 7 artworks was specially created for the international artistic project, the “Forma=Rakurs” festival dedicated to the 130th anniversary of birth of A.M.Rodchenko – Russian and Soviet painter, graphic and poster artist, sculptor, theater artist, photographer.

A.M. Rodchenco is considered the founder of Soviet design and advertising. Besides, he was a representative of The New Vision photography – a photography movement which developed in the 1920s, associated with by angle shots, abstract art and unconventional techniques. Also known as Neues Sehen or Neue Optik.

6 pieces (50×70 cm) are created in the author’s technique on Amalfi handmade paper. While working on this collection in his dark room, the master improvised using different materials and techniques. The source of his inspiration was the literary and artistic movement “Dadaism”, which originated in Zurich in 1916. 1 piece (90×130 cm) is made in the author’s technique: film photography with subsequent printing on canvas.
